 This program is completely personalized to your needs, your schedule and your unique health challenges. It is the perfect program when you need an experienced partner to help you chart your course, provide guidance and love along the way and gently hold you accountable to the life and body you wish to create. I know what it takes to create sustainable change and that is the purpose of the 3-month program: create a plan that works for you and that you can sustain for a lifetime.

We work in close tandem and dig deeply into your life. We’ll talk about your desires and your dreams. We’ll uncover the most pressing issues facing you relative to your personal and health goals. We’ll talk about what might need to be cleared away to not only create the body you want but to help put you on the path to a fluid, healthy, happy and fulfilled life.
