Imagine a place of TBI support. One that unlocks the potential of your own mindset—the power to cultivate resilience, embrace positivity, and nourish your well-being.
I’m excited to announce I will be teaching a free avenue for TBI support. This 6-week yoga series is a remarkable opportunity through LoveYourBrain’s mindset series. Designed exclusively for those recovering from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and caregivers, this immersive journey is an embodiment of the LoveYourBrain Foundation’s commitment to community, mindfulness, movement, and nutrition, equipping participants with tools to enhance their quality of life and cultivate inner strength.
Embarking on a Journey of TBI Support
I invite you to join me for an exceptional adventure beginning Sunday, October 9.
Over the course of six weeks, we will dive into an interactive experience. The series combines online sessions with revitalizing yoga classes and learning six tools for empowering life. To participate, all you need is a reliable internet connection, a device with audio and webcam capabilities, and your willingness to invest in your well-being.
The program offers two distinctive class formats: a 45-minute group discussion and a 75-minute session that blends group discussion with gentle yoga practice. This inclusive design ensures that everyone can participate, regardless of their accessibility level, thereby fostering connection, growth and a sense of community.
Crafting Resilience Through Mindfulness
Recognizing the multi-dimensional nature of TBI recovery, the LoveYourBrain Foundation’s online yoga series is a holistic journey. By nurturing a resilient mindset, fostering a supportive community, and embracing mindfulness practices, we embark on a path of healing and elevation. Throughout the series we look at various aspects of healing including resilience, mindfulness, attention, realistic optimism, positive thinking and gratitude, while also utilizing yoga, meditation, mindfulness and yoga nidra to assist wellbeing.
Evidence-Based Transformation
Through comprehensive analysis and research done on this series dedicated to TBI support, we’ve witnessed incredible results. Participants experienced significant improvements across multiple aspects of well-being, including quality of life, resilience, emotional regulation, cognitive function, and positive affect. Furthermore, this data underscores the program’s potential to inspire positive change in both mental and physical realms.
